Injection pump has this number printed 1B60BS244460655.
Do you have operation manual for this engine or any kind of documentation.

On the side of the engine where is injection pump there are two levers. One (upper) is for decompresion but I dont know what is the purpose of the other

Engine number 56458 and the flywheel diameter is 550mm
