Excuse me for writing in English, but my German is not good.
I can read German much better than I can write it.

I have traveled to Germany many times and visited many engine collections.
Will be visiting friends before the Nuenen engine show.

I have the Armin Bauer "Deutche Stationar Motoren" book and have visited many of the collectors in that book.

Will visit Hermann Petersen on 9 Mai, near Wolfsburg, then travel to Czech Republic on 10 Mai.

Would like to visit a collection somewhere between Wolfsburg and Prague.

I have visited Gunter Werner and Thomas Lange in the past, but have not contacted either of them for a possible visit this trip.

When I registered I had to select UK as country as no choice for USA.
I live in western part of Oregon which is very much like parts of Germany.

My motor collection is a mix of American engines, plus Czech and French engines.
I really like German engines and hope to have one someday.

I just missed getting a Munchen Sendling Type H two years ago

In 1970-72 I lived in Buhlenberg a small village near Birkenfeld.
I wish I had been an engine collector at that time !

Hello George,

if you are driving to Prague and are using the A9 you will be driving right by me. City is Hof in northern Bavaria, close to the Czech border.
