Sorry I ask this in English because my German is terrible.
After a long periode of recovering after a nice heart valve job I started to complete my Junker 2HK65 but during the long periode
of no activity the engine parts where moved from one place to the other.
As result the missing of some small parts among them 2 Druckplatte parts number 667, I will fabricate 2 new ones from a piece of
HSS drill steel, but my question is how thick are they to start with.
After replacing them I can adjust the exact thicknes by measuring the V point on the flywheel and grinding the plates down.
I hope somebody can help me with this in your eys small problem
Thank you in advance
Rob

Re: Druckplatte Junker HK65
Dear Rob,
at my HK 65 is the Druckplatte 5 mm thick. But it's possible that at my HK 65 the druckplatte is abraded.
It's hardened steel.
Kind regards
Stephan

perhaps you know already: You are able to adjust the pre-injection point by the thickness/length of the plate: 0,1 mm thickness measures up to 1° difference and/or 4,2 mm on the flywheel perimeter (at 480 mm flywheel diameter).

Thank you both for your reaction, what I wanted to know was indeed the tickness of the plate to start with
After placing them in the rockerarm I can fine adjust with the V mark on the flywheel and grind them down to the
right tickness.
Thanks again very much
