Bosch magmeto

One more question; I have an old american marine engine with a Bosch mag. BA 1ED-19
There are no name on it but two signs with the red flyer and one serie of numbers on each sida.
Can anyone here tell me more? Year? Plant? and so on please.

Someone told me that this magneto is made in Germany around 1911-12 if so why no name?

According to the sign ("Fritz The Flyer") this an an American Bosch magneto.

The plant in Springfiield was built 1911-12? And occupied by USA in 1914? So its made between those years?

Production of the BA1 magneto in Germany started in 1914. I don´t think the American made magneto was manufactured before ther German Version. So it will be 1914 or later.

According to the owner this is a 1915 two cyl

According to The Bosch Archive my mag is made in the US
