Deutz MAH 916 Piston and Rings

Hello!
Allow me to introduce myself, I am Ian, 29 years old from Rochester, New York, USA with a modest collection of antique gas and diesel engines. I picked up this Deutz MAH 916 about 3 years ago at an auction filled with water. I have rebuilt most of the engine but the piston is badly scored and may need replaced. I am also trying to find a set of piston rings for this engine. I think I will need an oversized piston so I can bore and hone the liner with a new surface as well. This engine must have had a hard life in its past.

The original piston is 121 mm so I am hoping to find a 122mm piston (or find someone to make one for me). I'd appreciate any suggestions on where to look for this. I have gotten gaskets and other parts from https://www.historische-ersatzteile.de/mah-516-716-916 but he cannot help me with a piston or rings.
